3. If it's decrypted, you can use '3DS To CIA Converter' as somebody actually was Dolan Felipe-kun already explained in the other thread. And then use it in Citra (supports.3ds &.cci). If it's encrypted, you'll end up with encrypted.3ds file, which can't be used in Citra.
4. That converter you linked me requires an already decrypted cia file to convert into a 3DS file. This is the thread where everyone laughed at him for suggesting it. I can still try it to see if this file is encrypted or not though.
